• At least 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry

Job Description:

• Conduct a physical inventory of finished goods daily and submit it to the concerned department if required.

• Responsible for checking the availability of stocks for preparation before distributing the sales order to Warehouse Helpers for actual preparation.

• In charge of maintaining proper storage of stocks.

• Provide instructions to Indoor Operators for the location and stacking of stocks accordingly.

• Ensure that the standard stacking heights of stock are implemented to avoid product fall and damage.

• In charge of recording and monitoring damaged items for re-work at the Production Department.

• Accurate releasing, and checking of stocks.

• Enforces control measures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure proper stock handling, accurate checking, safekeeping and protection of all items from damage, theft and pilferage.

• Provide recommendations for system enhancement and improvement.

• Supervise staff under your control.

• Ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently.

• Train and monitor staff in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safe work practices.

• Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring daily warehouse activities and cycle counts.

Qualification:

• Graduate of BS ACCOUNTANCY

• At least six (6) months of experience as inventory staff/assistant in the manufacturing industry

• Keen to details

• Has good presentation skill

• Performs quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards

• Updates inventory count and maintains inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business

• Reports discrepancies in inventory

• Implements loss prevention programs to prevent theft
